This antique house has a lot of character and is surrounded by nature and tranquillity.
The entrance of the property already shows us its beauty: with an Andalusian-style patio that captures a lot of light, where you can sit all year round!
Inside the house, we can appreciate the care and attention to detail.

It was renovated in 1999, but it looks as if it had been recently renovated.
The first room is a fully equipped kitchen, from there we go to the dining room, which is connected to the living room, with garden views. Next we have the bathroom and, finally, the 3 bedrooms (two of them double).
During the renovation, the original character of the house was maintained, such as the beautiful polished hand-made clay floors or the cane ceilings. Nowadays, these details are hard to find in such a good condition.

The garden is definitely where you would spend most of your time! The house is surrounded by grass and vegetation, which are very well maintained and neat. We also find a pool with views of the Montgó mountain and a small exterior house with a living room, bedroom and bathroom, with the possibility of adding a kitchen. In addition, the plot is surrounded by agricultural land, one of them being an avocado plantation. This assures us that these plots cannot be built on, therefore the privacy and views will be maintained.
