The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with dining area and direct access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.

The living-dining room is equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a TV. The dining room has been provided with a table with capacity for 4 people. The terrace has two visibly divided rooms, the first room is a chill out with a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table and the second room is the outdoor dining area with a table with space for 8 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances, induction hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. It has also been equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware and kitchenware.

The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed of 1.80 m and direct access to the terrace. The master bedroom is en-suite, with a walk-in shower and double sink.
